Unlike YouTube Vanced, NewPipe installation is simple and doesn’t require extra steps:

  1. Download the APK file.
  2. Click on the APK file to begin the installation. 

How to Re-Install NewPipe?

To keep your history, subscriptions, and playlists:

  1. Backup: Go to Settings > Content > Export Database and save your data.
  2. Uninstall: Delete the current NewPipe app from your device.
  3. Re-install: Download the NewPipe APK from the newpipe.app and install it.
  4. Restore: Go to Settings > Content > Import Database and select the backup from step 1.

Caution: Only import databases exported from the official NewPipe app. Importing from unofficial sources may cause issues.
